Fresh working environments, professionally maintained

A clean office is more than just a tidy desk or a shiny floor. It’s the foundation for a pleasant working atmosphere, a healthy environment, and a presentable image. Schoonkantoor.nl understands this better than anyone. For over 30 years, we’ve been providing office cleaning services, ensuring buildings are clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Every single day.

Our strength? We combine experience with a fresh perspective, and craftsmanship with sustainable choices. We’re not just any cleaning company. Schoonkantoor.nl is a dynamic and committed facilities partner, looking beyond the norm and always seeking smart, future-oriented solutions.

Whether it’s offices, multi-tenant buildings, or municipal institutions: every building requires a tailored approach. That’s why we always start by listening. What are your employees’ needs? How is the building used? Where are the peak loads, and when should cleaning be invisible? We incorporate all this information into a clear and flexible work program.

Our people make the difference

Office cleaning is and always will be a people business. That’s why we prioritize the team. We select employees not only based on expertise but also on attitude, presentation, and commitment. New colleagues undergo a thorough induction period, during which they are trained according to our quality and behavioral standards. Hospitality, discretion, and respect for others’ workplaces are a given.

Our cleaners know exactly what’s expected of them and feel responsible for the results. They identify any issues, think proactively, and tailor their presence to your organization’s needs. This makes them more than just contractors, but a valuable extension of your team.

Quality and communication

Each location has a dedicated area manager who coordinates the work. This person is your point of contact for everything related to office cleaning, from daily coordination to periodic evaluations. We maintain short lines of communication and respond quickly. Our digital quality control system allows us to monitor the work in real time, eliminating paperwork and ensuring maximum transparency.

Our customers especially value the continuity, reliability, and flexibility of our services. If something goes wrong, we’ll resolve it quickly. Need additional support? We’ll handle it without any hassle. That’s the power of clear agreements and personal commitment.
