Cleaning company window washing

Streak-free cleaning with an eye for safety and sustainability

Your facade is the first thing visitors see. Clean windows and a well-maintained exterior directly contribute to the appearance of your business premises, office, school, or residential complex. At Schoonkantoor.nl, we understand this better than anyone. With over 30 years of experience, we offer professional window cleaning services, performed by certified specialists with an eye for detail, safety, and the environment.

From low-rise buildings to high-rise facades, we ensure streak-free results in a safe and sustainable manner.

Window cleaning is a skilled job

Window cleaning is a specialized part of our service. This is not only due to the height involved, but also because of the techniques, materials used, and safety requirements. Our window cleaners are trained and certified to work at height and have the right equipment to carry out every job with care.

We clean, among other things:

• Facade glazing of offices and commercial buildings
• Windows of schools, healthcare institutions and public buildings
• Windows of residential complexes and homeowners’ associations
• Interior and exterior glazing
• Glass panels in hard-to-reach places
• Elevator shafts and facade installations

For every assignment, we ensure a safe working environment and minimal disruption to users and visitors.

Osmosis water and modern techniques

For our window cleaning, we use reverse osmosis water. This fully demineralized water ensures streak-free results without the addition of chemicals. This water is applied to the windows under pressure via Tuckerpool systems and leaves no limescale or soap residue.

We can reach glass up to 15 meters high without an aerial work platform. For higher or difficult-to-reach facades, we use aerial work platforms, facade installations, or work from the roof. Of course, we always comply with applicable health and safety standards.

Safety and certification

Schoonkantoor.nl takes safety very seriously. Our window cleaners work according to the latest health and safety guidelines and receive regular training.

We limit the use of ladders to a maximum of 10 meters, as prescribed, and use safe alternatives whenever possible. Our teams are VCA-certified, familiar with facade systems, and equipped with PPE that meets all safety requirements.

We are also ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, which guarantees consistent quality and an environmentally conscious way of working.

Sustainable window cleaning

Our window cleaning services are part of our broader sustainability vision. For us, sustainability means being environmentally friendly and future-oriented. This is reflected in, among other things:

• Using osmosis water instead of chemical cleaners
• Electric transport for our mobile window cleaning teams
• Long lifespan of materials used
• Paperless working methods – everything recorded digitally
• CO₂ reduction in planning, logistics and resource use

We consider your sustainability goals and offer advice on maintenance frequency, energy savings, and preventive facade maintenance.

Custom window cleaning

Every location is unique. That’s why we always start with an inspection of your building or site. Based on this, we create a customized work plan, including safety requirements, frequency, and implementation times.

Our services can be provided based on a fixed schedule (e.g., monthly or quarterly), or on-call, whenever it suits you. Naturally, our window cleaning services are perfectly compatible with our other facility services, such as cleaning maintenance, canteen management, or landscaping.
