For a safe, clean learning environment

A fresh, hygienic learning environment is essential for good learning performance, health, and safety. At Schoonkantoor.nl, we understand how important a clean school is for students, teachers, and parents. We provide peace, clarity, and a safe environment where children can thrive. Professional, flexible, and with an eye for detail.

Cleaning in schools, childcare centers and after-school care facilities

Our educational cleaning services are tailored to the intensive use of school buildings. Hundreds of people visit our facilities every day, with peak times, wet coats, dirty shoes, and spontaneous craft projects. That’s why we work with permanent teams, clear agreements, and flexible schedules.

We provide, among other things:

• Daily cleaning of classrooms, corridors and teachers’ rooms
• Cleaning of sanitary facilities, kitchens and coffee areas
• Cleaning of gymnasiums and sports equipment
• Emptying trash bins, waste separation
• Periodic deep cleaning of furniture and floors
• Window cleaning, also during holiday periods
• Specialist disinfection (e.g. during flu waves or after closure)
• Customized cleaning for parent evenings, open days or after-school activities

Our approach is always tailored to the school calendar, class schedules and any holiday or evening openings.

Qualified and reliable employees

Trust is crucial in education. That’s why we work with screened and trained staff, carefully selected for their reliability, discretion, and commitment. Our colleagues receive continuous training in hygiene, child-friendly working practices, and safe handling of materials. You’ll have a permanent team at each location, ensuring there are always recognizable faces present at the school.

Support is provided by a dedicated regional manager who visits regularly, maintains contact with management or the facilities coordinator, and maintains digital checklists. This ensures quality and ensures that any issues are identified promptly.

Sustainable cleaning in education

Children are the future, and that requires a responsible, sustainable approach. Schoonkantoor.nl is ISO 14001 certified and makes sustainable choices in materials, working methods, and logistics.

What that means in concrete terms:

• Osmosis water for window cleaning – streak-free and environmentally friendly
