Onze website en/of diensten hebben niet de intentie gegevens te verzamelen over bezoekers of personen die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar. Tenzij ze toestemming hebben van ouders of voogd. We kunnen echter niet controleren of een bezoeker ouder dan 16 jaar is. Wij raden ouders dan ook aan betrokken te zijn bij de online activiteiten van hun kinderen, om zo te voorkomen dat er gegevens over kinderen verzameld worden zonder ouderlijke toestemming.

3.2 Marketingactiviteiten
– Klanten ontvangen onze nieuwsbrief met daarin marketingacties maar ook om de klant te voorzien van belangrijke informatie over de door ons uit te voeren werkzaamheden. De klant heeft te allen tijde de mogelijkheid zich af te melden voor deze mailings door een link in elke nieuwsbrief.
– Klanten en prospects, niet zijnde particulieren, kunnen direct benaderd worden met bijvoorbeeld aanbiedingen, offertes en dergelijke. Wij maken hiervoor gebruik van diensten van externe (tele)marketingbedrijven die prospectgegevens verzamelen en telefonisch contact opnemen. Per e-mail wordt informatie of een offerte toegezonden. Hiertoe wordt vooraf telefonisch toestemming aan de prospect gevraagd.

– Op de site is een stukje code geplaatst ten behoeve van leadherkenning. Deze herkent en registreert alleen IP adressen die gekoppeld zijn aan een zakelijk account. Persoonlijke/privé IP-adressen worden niet getoond in de rapportage van deze leadherkenningssoftware.
4. Bewaren van persoonsgegevens
Schoonkantoor.nl bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor uw gegevens worden verzameld, opgeslagen of gebruikt dan wel wat wettelijk is bepaald.
