The importance of measuring your blood pressure

From the age of 40 onwards, the risk of high blood pressure increases. High blood pressure increases the risk of cardiovascular disease. Therefore, from that age onwards, you should measure your blood pressure annually so that, if it is too high, something can be done about it in time.
